I'm a Marriage & Family Therapist, MS, LMFT licensed since 2006. As a therapist, I work collaboratively with my clients to help them pay close attention to aspects of themselves that may be difficult to access alone. I specialize in addiction and compulsive behaviors, and I also work with couples, depression, and anxiety. In my sessions, I look for patterns in behavior and thoughts, and I explore past family dynamics, traumatic experiences and unconscious behavior to help understand how they affect our current lives and our relationships. I offer therapy sessions to couples and individuals, and I also host group sessions leveraging my extensive addiction work in inpatient, outpatient and detox units.
